Ordering
What type of coffee should I buy?
We recommend always buying whole bean if you can.
Why? Less oxygen exposure = fresher oils/aroma, better crema/clarity, and you control grind size for your brew (drip, pour-over, espresso).
However, all of our coffee is made fresh to order, so whether you buy whole bean, pre-ground or single use pods, you'll be getting high quality specialty-grade coffee.
Quick tips: buy what you’ll use in 2–4 weeks, store airtight/cool/dark, and grind right before brewing.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Absolutely! We offer subscription options on all of our products so you can save and never run out of your favorite coffee. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
Each order is a 100% custom product that is created after the order. Coffee is roasted to order everyday.
The order to ship time is generally 3-5 business days. Ship to delivery is generally 1-5 business days. The result is coffee arriving to your doorstep right at the peak of flavor.
Please keep in mind, this can take a little longer during the holidays.
Do you ship overseas?
At this time, we are only able to ship within The U.S.
